About Us Philosophies of Care
Lifetime Clients
We are committed to building sincere rapport and lifetime relationships with all of our clients. Our focus is not on just resolving your health and fitness issues TODAY, but rather educating, treating and preparing you for TOMORROW and beyond.

Holistic & Integrated Solutions

We believe our treatment programs need to be driven toward holistic outcomes and integrate a number of interventions to offer long-term results. Therefore our emphasis is always on exploring the broad picture of your needs so that we can offer a number of strategies to manage a range of concerns during the delivery of our services. This approach would largely consider the physical, social, psychological and even spiritual needs of our clients, making appropriate referrals to other professionals as required.

Sustainable Results

We do not share the belief that quick results or short cuts are in the best interest of our clients. Our clinical reasoning and flags for patient discharge are also not dictated by symptoms alone, but rather a fuller understanding of your pathology, personal goals and the likelihood of recurrence. To secure long-term and sustainable results we are committed to a more thorough assessment approach, often longer and more detailed treatment and management programs, tapered periods of rehabilitation, and regular after-service follow-up.

Ethical Conduct

All practitioners are required as a condition of employment to be fully paid members of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and thus are bound by the APA’s position on ethical guidelines and professional code of conduct. The Australian Physiotherapy Association exists to improve the health of Australians by supporting world’s best practice physiotherapy. Physiotherapy is a holistic approach to the prevention, diagnosis and therapeutic management of disorders of human movement to enhance the health and welfare of the community. The practice of physiotherapy encompasses a diversity of clinical specialties to meet the unique needs of different client groups.
