Kane Burrow - Practice Director
Kane is originally from Wellington New Zealand. He studied at Otago University NZ and then made the move to Melbourne in 2002 where he worked at Bayswater Physiotherapy. Kane became a Co-director of Back In Motion Bayswater in 2008 and then a Co-Founder of Back In Motion Bentleigh in 2011.
Kane has managed representative rugby union sides in New Zealand, and has an interest in sports and spinal injuries, clinical Pilates and the treatment of headaches and migraines

Fiona Tydde - Clinical Associate (Physiotherapist)
Fiona is originally from Perth where she completed her physiotherapy degree at Curtin University. She joined the team at Back In Motion Bentleigh shortly after the doors opened and has enjoyed helping the practice grow.
Fiona is passionate about all aspects of physiotherapy with a special interest in sports and spinal injuries. She believes strongly in the benefits of clinical Pilates for injury prevention and management as well as the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. With over 10 years dance experience Fiona also has a particular interest in dance related injuries.

Sarah Higginbotham - Clinical Associate (Physiotherapist)
After graduating from The University of Melbourne, Sarah worked in rehabilitation, helping people recover from road accidents, surgery and other trauma. She has worked with a wide range of individuals and conditions.
Sarah is well travelled (over 27 countries visited so far) having recently backpacked her way through Europe. After living in Bentleigh her whole life and attending Our Lady of the Sacred Heart College, she is truly passionate about helping those in her own community.
Sarah has a special interest in clinical Pilates and sports injuries.

Tim Raffle - Clinical Associate - (Physiotherapist)
Tim is the newest member of Back In Motion Bentleigh, having achieved his Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Melbourne University.
Tim has a passion for most sports through his years of playing AFL and cricket. This passion continued into his physiotherapy with Tim volunteering as the physio for his local senior football team for the past two years.
Tim has an interest in lower back pain and acute sporting injuries and utilises a variety of treatments including Pilates and manual therapy. Using these techniques Tim is able to treat injuries from their early stages and through rehab to return to work or sport.

Jenny Dickson - Practice Manager
As the new Practice Manager at Back In Motion, Bentleigh, Jenny is able to combine her love of all things related to sport with her empathetic style of customer service.
After long careers in real estate, a Flight Training College then followed by an amazing experience working at the Australian Open Tennis, Jenny is ‘back home’ in Centre Road Bentleigh.
A long term resident of Bentleigh, an avid netballer and mum to three beautiful daughters, she will always greet you with a smile and professional courtesy.

Emma Hindhaugh - Specialist Physiotherapist
Emma was born, raised and educated in Melbourne. She graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 1994 and has worked in the public and private sector. In 2001 Emma and her husband Tom bought Bayswater Physiotherapy which later became Back In Motion Bayswater. As well as raising 3 young boys, Emma returned to university completing a Post Graduate Certificate in Continence and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy in 2010. This has given her the qualifications needed to treat all continence issues, pre and post natal conditions and pelvic pain conditions for both men women and children.

Tamara Hollett - Receptionist
Tam joined Back in Motion Bentleigh in early 2011 as a casual receptionist. She is currently completing her final year of a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at Monash University. In what little spare time she has, Tam enjoys dancing, playing the piano, going to the gym and working as a sports trainer for the Knox Falcons Football Club.

Rebecca Bennet - Receptionist
Rebecca joined the Back In Motion Bentleigh team in January 2011 and has a keen interest in health and sports. She is currently studying sports therapy at the Australian College of Sports Therapy. Rebecca has proudly represented her state and country in women’s soccer and her other interests are spending time with her family and friends.
