Back In Motion Hampton Park provides leading physiotherapy, massage, pilates and personal training services to the Hampton Park and surrounding suburbs. Previously known as Total Care Physiotherapy, Back In Motion Hampton Park has provided over 9 years of service to the community.
With a purpose built practice we offer a large studio for rehab, personal training and pilates classes. Our practice consists of spacious and modern treatment rooms and an open welcoming reception area.

Yasemin Arslan - Practice Director/Principal Physiotherapist
Yasemin is a director and most senior physiotherapist at Back In Motion Hampton Park. Yasemin graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1996 and since then has worked in various private practices and nursing homes. In 2003 her husband, Hayrullah and Yasemin opened their own practice previously known as Total Care Physiotherapy.
Yasemin specialises in sports, spinal and shoulder injuries and headaches. She is qualified in dry needling for over 6 years.

Hayrullah Arslan - Practice Manager
Hayrullah is also one of the Practice Directors at Back In Motion Hampton Park and has dedicated his time to the successful running of the practice. Fully qualified as a teacher, Hayrullah has chosen a career change to manage the practice with his wife. He has been the practice manager since 2003.

Holly Owen - Receptionist
Holly has a background in administration with previous roles as a travel agent, legal receptionist and Church secretary. Having been a stay at home mum recently she is excited to be working at Back In Motion Hampton Park as she is a local resident. Holly is enjoying getting to know all the clients and providing a friendly welcome to all. She loves helping others and being a support to the Back In Motion Physio team.
She has a keen interest in Health and Wellness and making the most out of life. Holly’s interests are spending time with her family and friends, being a member of local Christian church, Digital Photography, Movies, Travel and cooking new recipes learned from her husband’s Lebanese family.

Esra Arslan - P/T Receptionist
Esra is studying a double degree in Music and Arts. She is a classical pianist and has been playing for over 12years. She enjoys playing basketball and spending time with her family and friends.
She has been working as a part time receptionist at the practice for 2 years and thoroughly enjoys it. She can’t wait to finish high school and experience university life. -
Paul Kemel - Graduate Physiotherapist
Paul completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Monash University having completed placements throughout a variety of hospitals and private practices. He has a strong interest in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy. Having joined Back In Motion at the start of 2013 Paul hopes that he can provide an excellent Physiotherapy service to those in need and continue to expand on his knowledge and expertise in order to continue improving as a Physiotherapist. Outside of Physiotherapy Paul is a keen musician and plays guitar in a local rock band.
