Anthony Belcher - Practice Director
Anthony graduated from LaTrobe University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and immediately started work in private practice. Anthony has been running Physiotherapy practices since 2005 and came to Back In Motion in 2007.
His aim is to make Back In Motion Sydenham the best physiotherapy practice in the West of Melbourne, and with a great team of physiotherapists and receptionists on board, this aim is well and truly on track.
Outside of business hours, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and young son.

Amy Dawes – Practice Director
Amy graduated from Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in 2006. Amy became a Physiotherapist after multiple injuries as an elite athlete in her youth. She has a special interest in the management of musculoskeletal and spinal injuries.
She has furthered her clinical expertise by partaking in courses in Clinical Pilates, dry needling, complex shoulder rehabilitation, biomechanics & gait analysis, and pelvic dysfunction.

Liana Cordell - Practice Manager
Having a background in both exercise science and administration, Liana joined Back In Motion in February 2010 to experience the clinical side of the health sector.
Liana enjoys working with the team at Sydenham and enjoys the challenges that come with her position. In addition to working at Back In Motion, Liana is interested in sports and is a member of the Riddell’s Creek Dancing School.

Luke Santamaria - Clinical Associate (Physiotherapist)
Luke graduated from La Trobe University in 2010 with Honours. Luke developed a keen interest in Physiotherapy upon observing the work of a Physiotherapist in his home town of Mornington.
Due to his vast interest in sports, including triathlons, basketball and tennis, Luke decided to pursue a career in musculoskeletal physiotherapy with Back In Motion in 2010. Luke has qualifications in clinical Pilates, which increases his expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Luke hopes to develop his skills further in the area of sports physiotherapy, involving providing services to sporting clubs in the wider community.

Con Boulionis - Clinical Associate (Physiotherapist)
Con graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from La Trobe University in 2010. He has a strong interest in treating musculoskeletal injuries, in particular lower back pain and sports injuries.
Being an active member of the community through a local football club, his interest in Physiotherapy began at a young age following a series of soft tissue injuries and visits to the physiotherapist. Con was immediately drawn to the warmth and enthusiasm of everyone at the Back In Motion team, and thrives on the challenge that his role provides.

Tom West - Clinical Associate (Physiotherapist)
Tom completed his physiotherapy degree at La Trobe University in Bundoora. His passion for physiotherapy stems from an adolescence spent being a patient, sustaining numerous injuries while playing football. This evoked a strong interest in sporting and musculoskeletal injuries having gone through much of the rehabilitation process himself. Tom has also completed further training in Clinical Pilates which has added to his knowledge in treating spinal conditions.
Away from work Tom loves to play the guitar and is currently learning to play piano. Tom also loves playing all sports from football to table tennis and enjoys watching the Bombers, but only when they’re winning.

Scott Sanders - Clinical Associate (Physiotherapist)
Scott grew up in Gisborne and comes from a sporting family. His interest in physiotherapy stems from many injuries sustained while playing sport as a teenager, these sports included tennis, soccer, football, cricket and cycling. Through this Scott has gained a keen interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy.
Scott graduated from a Science degree before completing his Physiotherapy degree at the University of Melbourne. Scott joined BIM Sydenham in 2011 and previously worked with one of Victoria’s premier amateur football clubs over the past 2 years.
Outside of work Scott enjoys playing cricket, cycling and running.

Rochelle Brennan - Clinical Associate (Physiotherapist)
Rochelle studied Physiotherapy at La Trobe University and has always had a strong passion for health and fitness. Rochelle’s enthusiasm for Physiotherapy stems from a competitive background in swimming and tennis as a junior athlete and coaching roles at local swimming clubs. Rochelle is extremely interested in the management of sporting and musculoskeletal injuries, and has further experience in Clinical Pilates and Woman’s health.
Rochelle is actively involved in several Melbourne based sporting clubs including AFL and swimming clubs and in her spare time loves to travel down the surf coast.

Nicolle Healy - Receptionist
Nicolle joined the team in February 2012 on a part-time basis as she is currently studying a Bachelor of Paramedicine/ Bachelor of Nursing at ACU. In her spare time she loves playing netball competitively, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
