Pilates In Motion® is an advanced clinical Pilates class guided by a physiotherapist. Once you have progressed from individual and semi-private Pilates, you’ll be able to join Pilates In Motion® classes allowing you to develop your practice and challenge your body.
Classes of up to eight people are designed to improve your:
- Core strength;
- Muscle tone;
- Neck, back and shoulder posture.
Re-assessments with your physio at regular six week intervals will ensure you are continually gaining benefits from your program.
Pilates In Motion® classes are 50 minutes in length and include a thorough warm up and cool down.
