Our use of pilates is based on physiotherapy and movement analysis and can be adapted for all levels of fitness, age
and body types.

The secret to a healthy spine is good back musculature, achieved through body awareness and regular correct exercise.

The pilates system is an integrated set of exercises that target these core stabilising muscles of the lower back and abdominal region and are the secret to reducing the risk of back pain in the future. Pilates can be performed individually or in a group class.

Our sessions include a combination of

  • floor routines,
  • physio-balls,
  • pilates bands and
  • pilates reformers.

We closely supervise your technique, and protect you from any provocative positions.
