The mission of the Back in Motion Health Group is:
'To become the preferred physiotherapy group in Australia so that we can be significant in the lives of those less fortunate'.
Our team of over 150 staff are passionate about being successful so that they can convert their opportunities into 'significance' outcomes. Part of our motivation to endure the challenges of running successful practices in our industry is the legacy and heritage we can leave behind through reaching out and impacting the lives of others through the resources we have accumulated and the skills we have gained. 'Success is about YOU, Significance is about OTHERS.'
We are very proud to endorse the generosity of the health group and all of the team members involved, because over the years we have been able to sow resources (financial and other) into numerous welfare organisations, church-works, community support programs and even host medical teams to developing countries.
Our current proudest work is currently the major support of the Southern Cross Kids' Camp, a charity that provides happy memories for abused and disadvantaged children throughout Australia and New Zealand. We are convinced that our invididual and group success can lead to moments of great significance- and that is a goal worth pursuing.
