As part of the Franchise Agreement, Back in Motion Health Group will train each Franchisee in the exact methods required to maximise the potential of their business.
Our Support will include:
- Assisting Franchisees to find a suitable site;
- Organising the provision of proven and tested equipment, tools and operational procedures for your use;
- Assisting in implementing the most effective practice design, fit-out, merchandising display and visual presentations in each franchised practice
- Ensuring you are fluent in presenting, recommending, implementing and assessing our specific and exclusive healthcare services to clients
- Guidance in the overall and ongoing operation and growth of your practice
We will organise general marketing, in consultation with a representation from Franchisees, to increase the public's awareness of the services and products you have to offer.
We will provide regular meetings for the Franchisees and establish a Franchise Advisory Council to facilitate the interchange of information and ideas that will benefit everyone. We will also form a Leadership Group to foster ongoing professional development amongst the Principal Practitioners and serve as a forum. for strategic planning and Group development.
We will advocate and organise regular 'team challenges' to engender friendly competition between Franchisee's and organise annual conferences, group forums, staff retreats and senior staff training days.
