We are a local business to the Semaphore area and have partnerships with many local sporting teams and businesses including North Haven Football Club, Port Adelaide District Baseball Club, Harbour Medical Services GPs, Semaphore Mainstreet Association and North West Business Alliance.

Remedial massage has many benefits including relaxation and muscular tension relief. In the sub-acute phase of therapy, when inflammation has settled, massage can play a key role in restoring normal joint function with range of motion increases. At Back In Motion Semaphore we are all trained Physiotherapists with at least 4 years of study of the human body and physiology and can tailor our massage services to your specific requirements.

Your physio might recommend a semi-private class after completing one-on-one Remedial Massage sessions. Semi-private sessions have a maximum of five participants, each with their own program.

Group class

Continue developing your skills and challenging your body in a group class with up to eight participants.
