We provide physiotherapy, massage, clinical Pilates, and exercise and rehab to Bankstown and surrounding suburbs. We have one-on-one and semi-private classes and because our services are delivered by physiotherapists you can claim them on private health insurance with extras cover.

done Shockwave Therapy

Extracorporeal radial shockwave therapy is a noninvasive treatment for patients with tendon injuries that haven’t responded well to other treatments. Predominately used on plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis and calcific tendinitis of the shoulder, people with frozen shoulder, jumper’s knee (patella tendinitis), hip bursitis (greater trochanter pain syndrome), tennis and golfer’s elbow, Dupuytren’s contracture and shin splints (medial tibial stress syndrome) have also responded well to treatment. It is also beneficial in the treatment of painful muscular trigger points. The machine works using low-frequency, acoustic shockwaves that are sent through injured tissue via a handheld device and a conductive gel. The treatment accelerates the body’s natural healing response, reduces pain through reduction of pain causing chemicals, and increases blood flow via formation of new blood vessels into the treated tissue. Three to five treatments at one-week intervals are typically recommended; most people would see benefits in a little as two to three sessions.

done Clinical Pilates

We offer individual and small group clinical Pilates classes taught by qualified professionals and physiotherapists. Unlike group classes at a gym, our approach to Pilates is clinically proven and specifically tailored to your needs. These tailored exercises target problem areas ensuring greater results and minimising the risk of injury re-aggravation.

You will use a combination of specialised Pilates equipment including reformers and trapeze table complimented by floor-based exercises depending on your needs. This brings about better targeting and resistance as you progress in your Pilates program.

done Dry needling

Treating musculoskeletal injuries with acupuncture needles can be an effective form of treatment helping to reduce muscle tension, decrease pain levels, and trigger a healing response in injured tissues when the body has ceased healing. As opposed to acupuncture, dry needling works directly on the injured body part, not meridian or energy flows.

done Massage

When you get a massage from a physiotherapist you are benefiting from four plus years of dedicated university study on the human body. 

Sporting clubs, athletes, and massage devotees see our expert physios and therapists for a reason: because we know your body and can identify the causes of aches, pains, and soreness, ensuring a better result every time.

A massage conducted by our physios will see a reduction in your aches and pains, whether caused by sport, injury or the stresses and strains of everyday life.

done Semi-Private Pilates

Once you have completed a prescribed series of one-on-one Pilates sessions, your physio may recommend you commence semi-private Pilates classes. These classes take a maximum of four participants. You'll receive guidance and attention from the physiotherapist instructing the class in accordance with your individual Pilates program. Your program may include a combination of mat and reformer work.

done Semi-Private Exercise and Rehab

If you're looking for an alternative to Pilates, you might like to explore semi-private exercise classes. These classes take no more than four participants which means you'll get lots of attention from the physio instructing the class. In a semi-private exercise class you'll undertake a supervised, full training program which will address any concerns you may have in regards to exercise technique, motivation, accountability and exercise progression.

done Exercise and Rehab

Whether you’re looking to increase your fitness or get back into exercise after time off or injury, an exercise and rehabilitation session will get you off to a good start. 

Our physiotherapists can design programs to cater to your every need including weight loss, injury rehabilitation, fitness and endurance training as well as strengthening and toning.

Your physio knows your body and has the scientific and clinical knowledge to ensure your workout is both safe and caters to your abilities and previous injury history.

We provide effective, tailored programs to support women during all stages of their lives. Talk to us about pregnancy and post-natal care, fitness and exercise classes; pelvic floor weakness, pain and incontinence; and musculoskeletal conditions.

done Muscles In Motion

Whether you’re looking to start an exercise program for the first time or get back into fitness after an injury or time off, Muscles In Motion classes are a great place to begin. Your physiotherapist will lead the class with the aim of improving your level of strength and fitness. The goal is to prevent injury or the reoccurrence of injury as well as enable optimal and healthy body function and movement.

done Custom Orthotics

When a small problem develops in your feet, a subtle change in the way you walk can cause a chain reaction that alters your posture and movement mechanics. The symptom of poor foot mechanics can include localised foot pain, bunions, arch or heel pain, leg or knee pain, hip or back pain – and even neck pain! Custom orthotics have been shown to correct these issues, giving you improved balance, posture, and general wellbeing.

done Aged Care Physiotherapy

We provide a range of physiotherapy services for seniors and residencies in the community. We support aged care facilities, supported residential services, and retirement villages. We can also visit clients in the privacy of their own home.

Practice Director and Physiotherapist

Katy graduated from the University of Sydney in 1996. She is well-versed in treating a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries, with particular interest in complex neck and back conditions and Clinical Pilates. Her extensive experience in a range of different clinical settings enables her to adopt a holistic approach to practice, ensuring that she delivers the most effective treatment plan to her clients.

Katy is well loved for her friendly and caring personality. She is a big fan of good food and travelling and loves to experience different cultures and their cuisines.  Wherever she travels, her first stops are always the local food stalls and the famous restaurants. Her latest adventure involved travelling to Japan for a skiing and exotic food trip. Her favourite food? Well, there are just too many to name!

Peter Ali


Peter completed a Master of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at Sydney University. Peter is also a certified personal trainer and loves to impart his knowledge and expertise in strength and conditioning to anyone who is eager to learn. 

Peter is a national-competing powerlifter, and due to his experience in strength training, has a special interest in gym-related injuries of the shoulder, back and knees. He was the sports trainer for the Goanna's AFL team in Greystanes, delivering injury prevention strategies, such as taping and education, as well as providing first aid. Peter has a goal-orientated and holistic approach to his physiotherapy practice and is avid about treating each client as an individual. 

When Peter is not in the Bankstown practice, you can find him serving at an Arncliffe community centre. He has a heart to mentor youths and young adults and has had an ongoing leadership role at the Arncliffe community centre for the past 6 years and counting.

Esther completed a Master of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Human Movement from the University of Sydney.

After personally sustaining multiple injuries from netball and oz tag that required physiotherapy, Esther was inspired to become a physiotherapist to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Her primary areas of interest are musculoskeletal injuries, post surgical rehab and women’s health. She will be able to better assist those suffering from lower back, lower limbs, neck and shoulder pains in reducing their symptoms and returning to their activities of daily living. Esther strongly believes in holistic patient centred health care and utilizes a combination of hands on treatment and exercise-based rehabilitation to help clients achieve their goals of recovery, health and wellness.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking mountains, chasing waterfalls, Sunday morning yoga classes and spending all summer at the beach.​

Helen is a passionate physiotherapist who is also fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.

She firmly believes in holistic patient care, combining a manual approach with an exercise-based approach to provide her patients both short- and long-term relief of symptoms. She has a keen interest in all musculoskeletal/sporting injuries and women’s health conditions, and particularly enjoys helping her patients recover from low back pain and shoulder pain.

Helen will work closely with each of her patients to deliver the most suitable individualised treatment plan, and can incorporate a diverse range of therapeutic techniques (such as dry needling, taping, and clinical Pilates) to both treat and prevent her patients' musculoskeletal problems, helping them to regain optimal physical function.

Megan has extensive experience with providing optimal customer experience. Previously Megan worked in retail as a store associate where she was able to gain experience in customer service. Megan looks forward to meeting patients and providing them with excellent service and addressing any inquiries they may have.

An animal enthusiast, she loves to spend her time walking her dog. She has recently become obsessed with Hula Hooping and trying to master any tricks.
