We are a leading Physiotherapy and Clinical Based Exercise and Pilates clinic in the Inner Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. We pride ourselves on delivering professional and expert Physiotherapy services to our clients and are committed to delivering a work-life balance to our team. We provide a friendly, supportive team environment to help you achieve your career and life goals.

We have 2 positions currently available.

1. Senior Physio Role

We are looking for a highly skilled physio to join our Senior Team, who is passionate about providing expert care to your clients, while also providing mentoring support for lesser experienced Physiotherapists.

This position has opportunities to pursue ‘non clinical’ based roles including mentoring, management, research, health promotion, community engagement, clinic operations, research, sporting clubs etc.

This is a full time role.

YOU:- You are a physio who loves Private Practice, you have a proven track record of maintaining a solid caseload and delivering a service that exceeds client expectations and gets great clinical outcomes. You understand the importance of both hands-on therapy as well as exercise based rehab. You are confident in your diagnostic skills, and clinical reasoning processes. AND, you love to stay at the top of evidence based practice and find great reward in sharing your knowledge to enthusiastic developing physiotherapists. Post Graduate qualifications highly regarded, or other specialised skills under your belt ready to share.

Why This Position? You need a step forward, a new challenge, a new mountain to climb, more reward, further career opportunities. Your remuneration rates will reflect your experience and value that you bring to the practice. If you are considering further studies, we will work with you by providing modified work hours, salary sacrificing for courses, and study days etc

2. Associate or Graduate Physio Role

A fantastic position for a lesser experienced Physiotherapist looking to develop clinical skill, build a solid caseload and experience a wide range of Physio, Clinical Pilates and Exercise and Rehabilitation services in a large Physiotherapy practice. This is a 0.6-1.0 FTE role.

YOU:- You are enthusiastic, passionate about improving peoples lives, driven to succeed at becoming the best physiotherapist you can be, you are looking for a team to support you and help lead you down the clinical areas that interest you. You are a great communicator, confident, but not overconfident, you know your limitations and the areas that you need to develop, you are prepared to ask for help but also be prepared to think for yourself.

You may not yet know if, or where, you want to specialise, maybe its Sports, maybe Womens' Health, maybe Strength and Conditioning and rehabilitation, Pilates, Headaches or TMJ? Or, you may have a desire to learn about the business side of Private Practice? Or is it something else? We can help lead you down your chosen path once you know what it is.

You must be prepared to work, absorb, care for your clients, and hold yourself to account for being the best you can be while also having fun in your workplace. New and recent graduates welcome to apply, but 1-2 years of Private Practice experience would be an advantage. Additional qualifications within and outside of Physiotherapy are an advantage.

New Graduates- we offer a 3 month introduction to clinical practice involving intensive mentoring, training and skills building to ‘fast track’ private practice skills.

Why This Position? You want to be part of a team, you want to be supported, but not pressured to achieve beyond what you are comfortable with yet. We believe that by becoming a great physio, you will achieve great business performance stats, not vice versa.
