We’re back!

Published: October 28, 2021

A warm welcome back to you all, our wonderful BIM Eltham community! We’re back; it has taken a little longer to get here but we can’t wait to see you all back in the clinic!

We are so very excited to officially be able to return to be fully operational and resume routine care, including group interventions - our Clinical Exercise, Onero, Performance & Conditioning, VALD and GLA:D classes on-site, with density quotients/COVIDsafe plans in place, following and adhering to all advice and instructions from the government to recommence routine care.

As we roll back into classes over the next week or two, reach out to us to ensure that you have your preferences and requests in for your classes. We will be working behind the scenes to do our best to ensure everyone has a chance to get back into their routine and chosen class.

If you’re not wanting to recommence classes Face-to-Face or in the group setting, we will still be offering 1:1 and Telehealth classes. NB. the frequency of these classes mightn’t be as often as previous months due to the recommencement of classes. We will endeavour to find a time that suits you in every instance!

As we fall under the medical and health sector, we do request that you assist us as we transition back into classes by:

  • Wearing a face mask. Face masks are mandatory for all clients unless a medical exemption is provided, even during classes*
  • Ensuring you scan in with the QR code upon entry (you can make us a ‘favourite’ on the app to save time each visit)
  • Having your temperature checked
  • Wait in reception until guided to enter the gym/Pilates Studio and exiting as per your clinician’s instruction – this is to minimise gathering of people pre or post classes
  • Waiting in your car if you arrive to your appointment very early

We will be continuing with our COVID safe practices:

  • Wearing PPE – masks and glasses or face shields
  • Cleaning beds and equipment after each use
  • Cleaning the common areas within the clinic
  • Hand sanitiser available around the practice for clients

If you have any symptoms, waiting for a test result, or potentially been in contact with someone who has tested positive to COVID-19, please do not attend the practice. Simply give us a call so we can re-schedule your appointment or organise a Telehealth appointment.

*Subject to change in line with Government announcements and instruction.
