What is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP)?
An AEP is an allied health professional specialising in designing, delivering and evaluating exercise for management and prevention of chronic conditions, injuries and disabilities. Motivational strategies are used to maintain a healthy lifestyle and create a long-term commitment to regular exercise.
