There are several Braeside businesses who refer specifically to us to assess and treat their injured workers. This may involve workplace injuries, or otherwise, bt the aim as always is to most quickly restore their level of function and safe working capacity. Sometimes this involves onsite work at the business, ergonomic assessments and recommendations to office or factory workers, meetings with health and safety staff and employees, running morning stretching times, presenting for 'toolbox talks' and several other initiaves.
If we can get injured workers back to full capacity quicker and more completely than they work otherwise, there is reduced loss time of work, improved efficiency and cost management and greater staff satisfaction. This is especially pertinent given this is the end of National Tradies Health Month - but good practices should be managed year round!
