January Newsletter!

Published: January 17, 2020

Another year, another wedding!

We hope that you enjoyed your Christmas and New Year break and are feeling refreshed to start the new year!

Hopefully everyone had some time off with family and friends. We also hope that everyone is safe with the horrible news of the bushfires over the past couple of months. As we head into the peak of summer, please keep a look out for everyone in the hot conditions. Remember to drink plenty of water, slip-slop-slap and seek some shade and look out for your furry friends!

CONGRATULATIONS BRODIE AND MEL!!

EXERCISE AND THE HEAT
With 3 extreme days in December - the first time in a century - and with January and February to come, it is a timely reminder to be careful in the heat. With new year resolutions and 2020 sport kicking in, make sure that you don't overheat! Please check out this great fact sheet from Sports Medicine Australia about exercising in the heat.

BUSHFIRE RELIEF!
We are trying to do our bit for the bushfire relief cause. The images that are happening across the country and closer to home in Gippsland are shocking. On Wednesday the 15th, Thursday the 16th and Friday the 17th of January - we are doing $30, 20 minute massages with our new physios - Florence, Ryan and Dave. All proceeds are being donated to the Gippsland Emergency Relief Fund. Private Health Insurance unable to be claimed for these services.
