Jack has completed his Gradaute Certificate and Masters in Sports Physiotherapy from La Trobe University. This is after completing his Doctor of Physiotherapy degree and Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Melbourne.

Jack has a strong passion for helping people of all ages and abilities to reach their full health potential and achieve their personal goals. This is reflected in his active approach to rehabilitation through exercise, Pilates and strength and conditioning principles in his one-on-one physiotherapy treatment regimes and his semi-private rehabilitation classes.

Particular treatment areas of interest and further training include the spine (back and neck), shoulder and hip. Jack also completes off-site physiotherapy work for external companies that involve ergonomic assessments, work injury assessments and return to work management so he can help with any work-related issues. He is also qualified in Dry Needling.

In addition to his further study in the Physiotherapy Sports field, he also has a keen interest in injury management, rehabilitation and sports performance for athletes at all levels through his work at external sports clubs as well as his own sporting endeavours.  He has dreams of one day working in elite sport and being a physiotherapist at an Olympic games.

Outside of work, Jack loves playing sport and being active. He particularly likes AFL, where he has played high level footy in the past and is currently the captain for Knox Football Club in the Eastern Football League.
