4 Reasons why you should try KLT

1. Looking fit is not the same as feeling good.  Most gym workouts are in straight lines.  Normal human movement and KLT are in 3 dimensions.  This corrects imbalances.

 

2. Exercising is not always improving.  Gym training works isolated body parts, rarely the whole body.  KLT exercises the whole body in an intelligent, integrated manner.  This is a 21st century integrated view of movement

 

3. Being Static is not the same as being Stable.  In most gyms people are laying down or sitting, relying on external support for stability.  KLT performs all resistance training without this assistance, so the body demonstrates authentic stability using built in internal stabilisers, Core Stability.

 

4. Being Fatigued is not the same as getting results.  Bringing a client to exhaustion with higher reps or load can create injuries.  With KLT the goal is to improve health and deliver great results safely.
