At Back In Motion Health Group we’re focused on the well-being of every person who steps through our clinic doors. This includes the health and safety of our local communities, which is you, our patients, as well as our team members. While a number of our clinics remain open and unaffected by the floods, some may be closed and clinic staff may be in contact with you to reschedule an upcoming appointment.

Flood Update: 28 February 2022 – 10.30am

Queensland – Stay informed with the latest flood updates from the Queensland government.

Some of our clinics in south east Queensland are impacted by flood events and may not be able to immediately respond to enquiries.

Your local clinic will reach out to you if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.

Please stay safe.

NSW – Stay informed with the latest flood from the NSW government.

Some of our clinics in northern New South Wales are impacted by flood events and may not be able to immediately respond to enquiries.

Your local clinic will reach out to you if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.

Please stay safe.

Your safety is our top priority

We want to reassure you that we are closely monitoring the flood events, are regularly updating our clinics and processes according to any guidelines and recommendations from the state governments.

If your clinic is open, but you are impacted by a flood event and still wish to keep your appointment, a telehealth consultation may be an option for you. Please contact your clinic and they will help you decide if this option is suitable.

If a clinic has been impacted by a flood event, they will be in contact as soon as practical to reschedule your appointment.

You are welcome to contact the clinic to reschedule your appointment, but please be mindful that it may take a little longer for them to respond at the moment.
